(Persia Digest) – The management of Iran Economic & Investment Opportunities Forum has announced that its meeting has hosted 100 foreign investors and over 300 Iranian investors.
As reported by Fars New Agency, Amir-Reza Hassani has stated: “The Forum was organized with the efforts of Semnan Province Governor in association with Femoza (World Federation of Free and Special Economic Zones) from 25-28 November 2017 in Tehran.”
Hassani went on to say: “All the economic opportunities in Iran to date have been listed and put at the disposal of foreign investors. Efforts have been made to convey the interests of investors to the interested Iranian businesses seeking investment and a good interaction has been established between these two sectors.”
He reiterated: “The IEIO 2017 forum is focused on foreign financing and endeavors are being made to invest foreign capital in Iran.”
He continued by saying: “No agreements will be signed at the Forum. This was organized for businesses from both sides to meet and perhaps agree on MoUs. But it would be a good opportunity for the two sides to enter into a new phase of engagement and continue their cooperation to conclude deals.
