(Persia digest)- Alborz restaurant was launched in Tehran, Iran, by the Bormas Group in 1967. From the very beginning, the group aimed to achieve the highest quality of food with the most stringent standards. The restaurant was relocated in 1971 to its current location in North Sohrewardi Avenue at the corner of Nikoughadam Alley. Over the years when neither modern management systems nor quality and health standards were strictly imposed on the food industry and restaurants, Alborz restaurant was committed to implementing modern management systems. This family-friendly restaurant pioneered the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) procedure, employing health experts, implementing ISO standards and management systems, and sending their staff abroad to pass specialized courses. With over 120 skilled employees, 2 reception halls and a VIP hall, this restaurant is more determined and consistent than ever to serve and satisfy their customers. Despite the excellent quality of food and diverse dishes offered in this restaurant, some customers may found the prices to be high compared to other places in Tehran.
