(Persia Digest) – The play entitled “Cyrus” [Kourosh], written and directed by Pari Saberi and produced by Jahangir Kowsari, will go on stage March-April 2018 following months of penmanship and practice.

Their PR office has announced that the play is the second joint work by Jahangir Kowsari and Pari Saberi after “Morgh-e baran” [Rain bird]. The venue is Vahdat Hall in Tehran.

Following years of research, “Cyrus” will be going on stage for the very first time in history with the endeavors of Pari Saberi.

She has already taken many well-known performances on stage. These have always met with the great appreciation of the audiences.

The play about Cyrus the Great is a dramatization of the rule and life of epic Persian King and founder of the Achaemenid Empire. It is written in 12 scenes and the script has been launched by “Ghatreh Publishers”.
