Parsian Village of China
Located at a distance of 1000kms south of Beijing, in the suburbs of Yangzhou, there is a little village which has kept its Persian aura after the passing of 600 years. This place is called “Busi Chuan” or the Parsian Village. It is surrounded by rivers and lakes, lush pine forests, and vast plains. Its inhabitants have a deep inner link with Iranians.
Beijing stages 'Death of Sohrab'
An ‘Iran Day’ was held at Beijing International Book Fair where Iranian music and drama was welcomed by the Chinese audience. A warm welcome also awaited the performance of pieces from the ‘Shahnameh Book of Kings’ by the Ambassadors of Peace and Friendship.

Iran is a special guest of the Beijing Book Fair this year and opens its national pavilion today with 13 publishers and over 950 titles. The presence of three literary agents, three illustrators, nine prominent literary authors, researchers, writers on art, and the week-long Iranian film week at the Beijing National Museum are the activities of Iran at the exhibition.

According to Mehr News Agency, Paul Literary and Translation Agency will be displaying 93 titles from Iran in fiction, children’s books, and research and history books at the 2017 Frankfurt and Beijing Book Fairs
