Five bands perform in Tehran
With the end of the mourning period for the two lunar months of Muharram and Safar in Iran, five bands from Austria, Germany, Sweden, and Azerbaijan will play their fusion and traditional music in Tehran in December.
Kayhan Kalhor collection of albums at 53
Kayhan Kalhor will turn 53 on 24 November and a collection of albums by this prominent musician will be published in Iran on the occasion.
Kayhan Kalhor-Rembrandt Trio fusion
Following his European tour, Kayhan Kalhor, the prominent player of string instrument Kamancheh, played with the Rembrandt Trio at the Ministry of the Interior Hall in Tehran on the 5-6 September and was met with a large audience.

(Persia Digest) – The “Mantra Lullaby” by the fusion music band Bazaaris, from the album “Clouds”, has been released by Hermes publications in Iran. The band members are from Iran, Switzerland, and Sweden.

(Persia Digest) – “Discovery” from the album “Annihilation” is a fusion of oriental music, Indian music in particular, with rock. This is an innovative piece of music and much work can be done on it.
Goodbye Haaj Ghorban (music)

(Persia Digest) - Goodbye Haaj Ghorban is in fact a memorial piece for Haaj Ghorban Soleimani, the Khorasani vocalist and player of do-tar. The fusion of his song with electronic music can be improved, but the work in itself is worthy of praise.
