Shiraz hosts TU Dresden from Germany

“TU Dresden Week” began work in Shiraz, central Iran, yesterday 15 April 2018. The event will run until 17 April with the aim of promoting scientific, cultural, environmental, and student exchanges. Shiraz and Dresden mayors will also be meeting on the sidelines of the event this week.

Russia: Iranian presence in Syria is legal


Speaking to the Kommersant Newpaper, the Russian Ambassador to Tehran said about speculations on Russian efforts to get Iran out of Syria: “First of all, I would like to remind you that Iranian presence in Syria is legal. Iranians and the Russian army are in Syria at the request of its government, taking part in joint operations to destroy terrorists.”
