(Persia Digest) – In response to recent European claims and actions against the IR of Iran, FM Zarif reiterated that making accusations against his country does not relieve Europeans of their responsibilities for harboring terrorists.
Persia Digest (PD) reports that the EU sanctioned sections of Iran’s Intelligence Ministry yesterday based on undocumented claims by Holland and Denmark. The decision was taken in reaction to “foiled terrorist plots in France and Iran’s intelligence activities in Denmark and other European countries.”

In response to EU’s decision, Javad Zarif tweeted: “Europeans, incl Denmark, Holland & France, harbor MEK—who killed 12000 Iranians & abetted Saddam's crimes against Iraqi Kurds—as well as other terrorists staging murder of innocent Iranians from Europe. Accusing Iran won't absolve Europe of responsibility for harboring terrorists.”

About two months ago, Denmark accused Iran of plotting to kill a member of the Iranian opposition on its soil. At the same time, Holland also accused Iran of being involved in the murder of two men opposed to the IR of Iran on its soil. The IR of Iran has strongly refuted both accusations.
