(Persia Digest) - Statistical studies indicate that Groupe Renault’s cars are the best-selling imported cars in Iran.
According to Asr-e-Iran, in the first 11 months of this year, Renault Talisman and Koleos were ranked the first and second best-selling cars respectively. Renault Talisman has been supplied by Negin Khodro Co. to the Iranian market. Koleos has always been seen as a serious rival for Hyundai Santa Fe due to its beautiful appearance and good options, which has been able to take the market share of this car.
Hyundai, once the first brand of imported cars in Iran, now ranks third with its Santa Fe.
The fourth best-selling car is SsangYong Tivoli, which may well be called a surprise.
Finally, the fifth place goes to Hyundai Tucson.
5 domestic best-selling cars of the year
Among domestic cars, Pride 131, like previous years, has been ranked number one in the first 11 months of this year, since it is the cheapest car in the market.
The second-best-selling domestic car is Tiba 2 (Hatchback), which is again part of the Saipa Group.
Peugeot Pars is the third-best-selling car that is used extensively in government offices in addition to being used personally.
The fourth and fifth domestic best-selling cars are Peugeot 206 and Peugeot 405, respectively.
