(Persia Digest) - The IPC Shooting World Championships in currently taking place in South Korea, where Iranian athlete, Sareh Javanmardi, has become the gold medalist in the 10m air pistol SH1 category.
She has set the record at 237.6 to get the quota for Tokyo's 2020 Paralympic Games.
Khadijeh Rostami and Samira Eram also took 5th and 7th place in the P2 10m air pistol competitions.
On Tuesday, 8 May, Iranian athletes will compete in the P4 50m category.
The IPC Shooting World Championships in South Korea will run until 11 May.
The Iranian team includes Sareh Javanmardi, Samira Eram, Khadijeh Rostami, Mahdi Zamani, Majid Fallah Ardeshir, and Roghieh Shojaei, coached by Hossein Amiri.
