(Persia Digest) – An appeals court in Rome has rejected demands by US plaintiffs to seize USD 5BN belonging to the Central Bank of Iran (CBI).

The Italian appeals court in Rome had provisionally seized all CBI assets in June 2018 based on Italian laws, simply on the request of American plaintiffs.
