(Persia Digest) – Iran’s Foreign Minister has described the claims of the Danish government against Iran as “false flags” planted by the Israeli intelligence agency, Mossad.

Javad Zarif tweeted: “Mossad's perverse & stubborn planting of false flags (more on this later) only strengthens our resolve to engage constructively with the world. Imp talks in Pakistan today, preceded by tripartite mtng with Turkey & Azerbaijan yesterday. Solid relations w/neighbors our priority.”

Persia Digest (PD) reported that Denmark accused Iran of plotting to murder an Iranian opposition member living in Denmark without presenting any proof. The Danish Foreign Ministry has recalled its Ambassador to Tehran.

The Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson has said these were false allegations and refuted the claims made against the IR of Iran. Bahram Ghasemi said: “These were the continuing conspiracies of known enemies of expanding Iran-EU ties under the current critical conditions.”
