Iran’s Deputy Health Minister also commented on collaboration with Brazil in medical equipment, adding: “Agreements were reached with Brazil’s Ministry of Health in this sector last year. Brazil is one of our target markets in the sanctions era and we are hoping for the first round of commercial-technical talks between Iran and Brazil to take place in a fortnight. The second round is scheduled for February 2019. We can currently have mutual production with Brazil together with imports.”
