(Persia Digest) - The chairman of the National Robotics Committee of the Islamic Republic of Iran FIRA announced the holding of the 8th International Robotics, Artificial Intelligence and Automation Festival hosted by Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic), reports IRNA.

Soroush Sadeqnejad said, “This round of the festival was hosted by Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic) and the cooperation of the Iranian National Robotics Committee Fira, and the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology from March 2 for three days in the Permanent Exhibition venue of Tehran.'

The chairman of the National Robotics Committee highlighted, 'The festival will be held in three sections of the Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Games of Iran's Free Fira Cup, the first industrial exhibition in the field of robotics, artificial intelligence and automation, and the first technology and innovation event in the country for three days.'

'In the tournament this year, teams in the form of 28 student and pupil leagues, including leagues: 'Stock Exchange Predictions',' Recognition of Voice Orders', 'Face Recognition', 'Recognizing Objects with low Educational Examples and the recognition of famous Persian texts in artificial intelligence, '' Humanoid robot Olympics '', 'Speed wheel robots', 'Humanoid football robots' and more', the official stressed.
