(Persia Digest) – Young Iranian pop music composer, Sanaz Karimi, has passed away.
Sanaz Karimi was a prominent composer who had worked with vocalists such as Reza Sadeghi, Mohammad Alizadeh, Meisam Ebrahimi, and Massoud Emami. Following a long battle with liver disease, this young musician died aged 36.
Karimi was a composer, pianist, and keyboard player of Iranian music. She was a graduate in Industry from the University of Tehran. She was one of the composers who had worked mostly with Reza Sadeghi.
Another young pop vocalist, Behnam Safavi, also died recently due to the side-effects of brain radiotherapy at the age of 36.
