(Persia Digest) – The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has for the first time released the footage of its missiles hitting the takfiri terrorist headquarters in June 2017.
The operation was carried out following an attack by Daesh terrorists on the building of the Islamic Consultative Assembly (Parliament) and the mausoleum of Ayatollah Khomeini on 7 June 2017 in Tehran, killing 22 people (17 victims and 5 terrorists). At least 52 people were injured.
on 19 June 2017, the IRGC carried out strikes against Daesh bases in Deir ez-Zor, eastern Syria, with six medium-range ballistic missiles fired from its airbases in Kermanshah and Kurdistan provinces, western Iran (from a distance of 650kms), killing members of Daesh and destroying their equipment.
Quds Force Commander, Major General Ghasem Soleimani, is seen in the footage supervising the operation.
