(Persia Digest) – Isfahan’s Nazhvan Aquarium Tunnel as the first and largest Iranian aquarium tunnel was built in partnership with a foreign investor in an area of more than 3,500 square meters underground, which consists of 33 aquariums and is a major tourist attraction of Isfahan.
Various aquatic species, saltwater and freshwater fish, and starfish from the five oceans of the world are on display here for the visitors.
About 100 of these aquatic species are among the most dangerous, rare, and unusual species of fish. There are also six species of shark in the Isfahan Aquarium Tunnel.
Children can feed and touch the fishes, and experience happy and memorable moments at the Isfahan Aquarium.
This is the first aquarium of this size to open in Iran.
