(Persia Digest) – Without referring to the sacking of White House security advisor, John Bolton, the Iranian President stated: “The US must understand that warmongers and warmongering have no benefits and must be put these and maximum pressure policies aside.”

Persia Digest (PD) reports that speaking at the cabinet meeting today, Wednesday, Hassan Rouhani said: “Our path is to resist the enemy’s maximum pressures.”

Rouhani continued: “The logic of the IR of Iran is a peaceful nuclear program. In the JCPOA nuclear deal, our logic is also commitment against commitment.  If they honor their obligations, so will we, and if they abrogate it, so will we.”
