(Persia Digest) – Iran's largest historical and rural eco-tourism resort with 2,500 square meters was opened in Bagherabad Village, Bafgh, Yazd Province.
Eco-tourism resort of Ariz Castle in Bafgh with the capacity of up to 150 persons in 45 rooms is Iran’s largest historical and rural tourist resort in the local environment.
Restoration and reconstruction of this complex has been started with a private sector investment of more than 4.5 billion Tomans (about $400 thousand) since the year 2015.
The rotatory shape and simple design built on mud clay are the unique features of this complex.
Ariz eco-tourism resort is situated in a historic castle dating back to the late Zandiyeh dynasty (1794-1751), 11 km to the center of Bafgh city.
