(Persia Digest) – Tal Siah is the name of a beautiful village located 7 kilometers from the center of Bandar Abbas in the southern province of Hormozgan. Tal Siah (meaning black hill) is named so due to the proximity of the black mountains that surround the village.
The village women use the burqa and local clothing to preserve the local traditions and culture; most of them are engaged in handicraft works such as brocade, embroidery, khos-doozi (a form of embroidery), sewing, and zar-doozi (gold-weaving).
