“The rose empire – masterpieces of 19th-century art in Iran” is the title of an exhibition from the Qajar era which opened in France on 27 March 2018.
Netherlands Historical relics showcased in Iran
Cultural interactions between Iran with other countries have been developing recently. The cultural and artistic works of Iran and other countries are being exchanged for the acquaintance of people with different cultures. Regarding this, and the exhibition of Iran’s historical relics held in the city of Assen in the Netherlands, a similar exhibition of the Netherlands’ works is to be held in Iran; negotiations are being conducted in this regard.
A review of Golestan Palace films
The Cinema Museum will host the release of 21 film reels from Mozaffar-e-Din Shah’s time in an event entitled "A review of Golestan Palace films". These are old films that are screened for the first time.
New security system for National Museum
The National Museum of Iran, which hosted reputable exhibitions from around the world this year, and will also host the Louvre Museum of France from early March, was connected to "MHA" Electronic Alert Center.
Golestan Palace Qajar Paintings in Louvre
Qajar paintings from Golestan Palace will be taken to the Louvre for viewing by the public. These works are currently being restored by the Institute for the Protection and Restoration of Historic Monuments of Iran.
Germany proposes to host Achaemenid exhibition
At a meeting with the Head of the Research Institute and Cultural Heritage and Tourism of Iran, the Head of the Union of German Museums emphasized the importance of the Achaemenid era in the Persian Empire, and proposed to stage an Achaemenid exhibition in his country.
