Health Ministry concludes 150 projects with Germany
The Research Deputy at the Ministry of Health and Education has announced the conclusion of over 150 research projects with Germany, and said: “Most of the joint projects to be conducted with the German Ministry of Health are cancer research projects.”
Dr med, Deputy Malekzadeh, added: “The Ministry of Health has conducted many joint research programs with Germany over the years and a number of the 22 scientific research projects reviewed at the Science Day ceremony also belong to the Ministry of Health.”
Iran ranks fourth in nanoscience
Statistics published by Web of Science for end-December 2017 put Iran in fourth place in the world with 8791 articles on nanoscience. With 40% of nanoscience production, Iran also has the largest share of this science in the Islamic countries. Next in line, following Iran, are Saudi Arabia with 13%, Turkey with 11%, and Malaysia with 9%.

Physician: Bring the dead back to life!
Recent reports in the media talk of new research findings on death, which show that when the heart stops beating, the brain continues to work; thus, when a person is pronounced dead following a cardiac arrest, they are still able to hear the voices around them and witness their own death so to speak.
