Luxurious holidays with all staff. It is a business man’s gift, which stunned everyone. The CEO of the company, also an “influencer”, decides to shut down his company for a week and take the workers out of the company with all expenses paid. This is Khairal Ameng, a Malaysian businessman dedicated to selling spicy sauces known as “sambal”. He decided to reward a good working moment in his business with a gesture that his 60 employees will never forget.
“All employees are happy,” Aming wrote in a post about him. Instagram profile. Employees can spend Five days off in luxury. All this paid for at a beach resort. The chosen location was Langkawi, a tourist archipelago in northwest Malaysia. The 60 employees received free airline tickets, 5-star hotel accommodation with large rooms overlooking the sea and meals included, including a gala dinner.
The staff also enjoyed the private boat ride, including the jacuzzi. Then they spent the day on Paradise Beach and went to watch the sunset. Then jet ski rentals, visits to the caves or aquarium, snorkeling, and gift cards for shopping.
This isn’t the first time Aming has surprised its employees. This past October, they were invited to a spa, and more recently, coinciding with Labor Day, they were given free gift cards. Users praised the president’s generosity, and many of them did not hesitate to ask in a sarcastic tone if there were any vacancies in the company. Another user of the network commented, “This president is a model.”
