Cegid: an acquisition in the UK

(Boursier.com) – Cegid Announces the acquisition of StorIQ, an English company founded in 2015, headquartered in London and with around thirty employees.

The platform, dedicated to planning operations in stores, complements Cegid’s retail offering, strengthening its position in relation to point-of-sale management solutions in France and abroad.

StorIQ already has about fifty customers, including several brands such as Hugo Boss, Clarks, Douglas, Marks & Spencer International, Mountain Warehouse and Nespresso. The solution now offers more than 11,000 points of sale and covers more than 50 countries.

“The acquisition of StorIQ allows Cegid to enhance its POS expertise with an innovative solution that fully meets the needs of retailers and enhances its international presence,” says Cegid.
