As a reminder, three types of proof are accepted: a certificate of vaccination that proves a complete vaccination schedule, a certificate of a negative test that is less than 72 hours old, or a certificate of a positive test that is at least 11 days old and less than 6 days old. the month.

Designated professionals in the culture and entertainment sector are also concerned: concert and performance halls, sports halls, cinemas, museums, theatres, festivals, zoos, amusement parks, circuses, fairs, trade fairs and professional seminars of more than 50 people.
Persons who work in a library – with the exception of universities and specialist such as the National Library of France – and ships and cruise ships that provide food or accommodation, conservatories (when they welcome spectators), or even game rooms, escape games and casinos, are also subject to a health permit.

What are the penalties in case of refusal?
To ensure compliance with this protocol, a reference will be assigned to each company. If the employee does not have a health permit as of Monday, August 30, then an interview will have to be organized between the latter and the employer to find a solution. In particular, days off and RTT time may be requested to obtain sesame.
On the other hand, it can set up 100% remote work if its activity is compatible with this mode of operation or is temporarily assigned to a workstation that does not require the provision of a pass. If an agreement is not found and the employee refuses to submit to it, his employment contract will be suspended immediately and his wages will no longer be paid.
Note that the offending employee cannot be fired and that suspension will cease from the moment they can provide a valid certificate. For now, these measures are in effect until November 15.
