While the 2022 model, which we tested at Jerez, has seen the biggest evolution since the model’s arrival, the 2023 classic focuses on the electronics package with improvements to the Panigale V4, Panigale V4 S and Panigale V4 SP2.
First, the Italian sports car is decorated with the new program Engine Brake Control (EBC) EVO 2 Designed to improve stability, accuracy and steering during braking and cornering. This version has a different setting for each gear in each of the three maps to improve engine braking intensity.
if Ducati quick shift The DQS has also been redesigned to ensure smoother shifting, both with partial and full throttle open. Whereas the system previously cut off the injection, it now powers the ignition by delaying it during gear changes with the throttle partially open. The injection cut-off strategy is maintained when the throttle is wide open.
The fan management has also been modified to ensure better dissipation and above all to avoid the typical end-cycle heat buildup on the circuit.

All these electronic modifications will be integrated into the classic 2023 Panigales V4, V4 S and V4 SP2.
