Call of Duty Mobile Season 1: Heist is about to launch on iOS and Android devices.
Heist launched a few months after season one on consoles and PC, and there is a January 20 release date on phones and tablets.
The first season update will be available to download and play at midnight GMT for fans living in the UK.
As the name suggests, the new season has a criminal element, with Makarov returning to lead a major criminal syndicate.
The official description reads “Break into Hacienda, Information Security, and Escape undetected in Call of Duty: Mobile Season 1: Heist.”
“The new storyline begins on Thursday, January 20th at 00:00 GMT, sees Makarov leading a major crime syndicate and the season includes a new Battle Pass, Lunar New Year events, a new Nuketown version on the same theme, more Battle Royale content, and more.” .
As with all modern Call of Duty games, Season 1 will start with a Battle Pass containing 50 levels of rewards.
Fans will be able to unlock Makarov as a playable character, two new weapons, COD points, and calling cards.

New maps include Hacienda, which debuted in Call of Duty Black Ops 4.
Hacienda takes operators to a crime lord’s farm in the Spanish countryside.
“Fight through a stately vineyard, barges, armory, and risky, hotly contested Central Court.”
On the other hand, Noctown Temple will arrive alongside the Lunar New Year event later in the season.
“The usually isolated site is now downtown, with new architecture, buttresses and with the same chaotic pace that the map is so famous and loved.”
The Lunar New Year Puzzle event gives players a chance to earn tokens to complete various tasks. You can use the tokens to slowly unravel the puzzle and unlock rewards.
Meanwhile, Winter Wish lets players choose their favorite rewards from a set of items, then complete tasks to get tokens to spend to unlock those items.
The Lunar New Year event also offers a year mode of Tiger 10v10 Kill Confirmed.
Needless to say, Season 1: Heist brings many improvements and changes to Battle Royale, including a snowboarding mini-game.
“Players can also expect many game updates and improvements in this release as well as new seasonal challenges, sweepstakes, packs and more available in the store once the season begins.”
