(Boursier.com)– DIOT-SIACI, a leading multidisciplinary insurance brokerage and advisory group in France and Europe, has unveiled the creation of DIOT-SIACI TRADE FINANCE (DSTF), its new business unit dedicated to credit insurance, guarantees and finance.
A sign of the operational convergence of the new DIOT-SIACI group, the new business unit will be based on four distinct legal structures: DIOT-SIACI CREDIT (result of the merger of DIOT Crédit and Jean Busnot SAS), DIOT-SIACI FINANCEMENT, GARNEM and DICATREA.

Under the direction of Felipe Puigventos, the new organization has many goals, with first and foremost the strengthening of expertise capabilities related to guarantees and financing, but also the coordination of our correspondent networks, or even the preservation of the DIOT-SIACI innovation group through new tools. It will also rely on strong support functions to fully dedicate sales teams to customers. The Secretariat will be placed under the responsibility of Frederic Dowden.
