Orange and Publicis have launched Project Voilà, a joint venture dedicated to the digitization of events

The origin of this project, led by Orange and Publicis, goes back to the beginning of the Covid-19 crisis and the implementation of health measures. Many professionals have had to review the format of their events and switch to a remote solution. Oftentimes, the tools used – well suited for remote meetings for example – have shown their limitations for managing an event.

In this context, Orange and Publicis have joined forces with their expertise to deliver the best digital enhanced events for professionals.

Voilà’s digital events platform, which has been tested and validated at more than 30 events in 2021, offers:

  • Comprehensive solution to assist event preparation (sending emails, custom location), animation (player, interactions, etc) and post-event analysis with full action monitoring.
  • Features tailored to the specific needs of events such as HD visual quality, potential scalability for 100,000 participants, player customization and event location, or even improved interaction (surveys, chat, Q&A, etc.)
  • Simplify digital event organization with an intuitive back office that allows you to create your event in less than five minutes.

On the occasion of this launch, Stephan Richard, Chairman and CEO of Orange, stated: “Here, comes first and foremost the meeting between two leaders in their sector, Orange and Publicis, who have chosen to put their expertise at the service of the events sector. After the turmoil that occurred in In recent years, we share the same desire to continue to share and experience wonderful moments together. This will be made possible thanks to Voilà, which is based on mastering the technological solutions of today and tomorrow as well as pioneering knowledge in the field of event communications.”

With Orange, we have noticed that current technology solutions do not provide the emotional, participatory and human response that is the signature of these major meetings.” This will therefore be an entrepreneurial, humane and innovative adventure among our group to allow for a more interactive and more participatory approach that all virtual event organizers need.”

Olivier Armbruster, CEO of Voilà, concludes: “Voila sheds light on events from a new perspective: a desirable and unobtrusive digital light, a distance re-imagined as an experience in itself, carrying a specific and original value, and which allows to work more effectively On the relational dimensions of brands
