Poco M4 5G India Launched Today 12pm IST; Watch the live broadcast here

Poco M4 5G phone will be launched in the country today. The Chinese smartphone maker will announce the pricing of the Poco M4 5G smartphone during a virtual event scheduled to start at 12 PM IST. The launch event will be streamed online through the official YouTube channel. Ahead of its launch, the company revealed some key details of the phone including design, specifications, colors, and more. Poco M4 5G India launch kit on April 29, 2022.

As we’ve seen in the recent teasers, the upcoming Poco M5 5G phone will sport a flat edge design and rounded corners to make memories of the Poco M4 Pro 4G. Realme can offer the device in three colors – black, blue and yellow. Furthermore, there will be a distinct rear camera module running across the top of the rear panel. It comes in black with two rear cameras with LED flash and Poco badge on the left.

In terms of specifications, the Poco M4 5G will have a 6.58-inch FHD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. Under the hood, there will be a MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC. The phone will carry a massive 5000 mAh battery with 18W fast charging and 5W wired reverse charging.

As for the optics, the phone will be equipped with a dual rear camera module. It consists of a 50MP primary camera and a 2MP depth sensor. The 8-megapixel front camera will be located under a notch in the shape of a water drop. Other features on offer are an IP52 dust and water resistance rating. As far as pricing is concerned, the affordable 5G smartphone will be priced very competitively, which will likely start at Rs 15,000.
