Grother Forth made his second promotion to the Bundesliga in a season final. After the initial deficit against Fortuna Dசsseldorf, the Franks struggled more than numbers.
The SpVgg Greater Forth The Bundesliga were forced into their second promotion after 2012 in the dramatic Second Division season final. In numbers, Coach Stephen Laidley’s team was defeated on Sunday (23.05.2021) with great determination and hard work. Fortune Dசsseldorf 3: 2 (0: 1) and Holstein knocked Keeley out of second place with 64 points in the last match.
“The boys played another game today – there are no words for it,” Fortin coach Stephen Lylet said after the game. “Catch two backlinks in an important game like this, outnumber them, win and go up – they deserve it!”
Red card for Anton Stoch at the wrong time
The final game day began entirely against the Franks: the direct advertising rivals took the lead early on, while Christopher Peterson put Forth’s aspirations for promotion in a bitter dilemma in the 26th minute.
Shortly before the break, things got even worse: midfielder Anton Stoch made only one step open at Appelcombe’s foot. Referee Harm Asmers checked the footage in the review area and decided to send him.
But even after the red card (45th + 3 minutes), Forth came back twice after falling behind. Laitle substitutes were scored by Pranimir Harcotta (53rd penalty), Julian Green (69th) and Dixon Abiyama (83rd).
Greater Fart grows beyond himself
After the final whistle, the people of Forth hugged each other. After this energy efficiency and the parallel home failure of the hinge, they go straight into the first section. Outside the stadium, hundreds of fans cheered as they supported their team.
Christopher Peterson (26th minute) and Shinda Appelkamp (56th) put Dusseldorf twice ahead. Fort did not reach the limit in the first half, but was more than himself after the break.
