The Ministry of Environmental Transformation has announced, via a press release, the start of sending energy checks to concerned families in Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, Reunion and the national territory. In all, 5.8 million households benefit.

The tax department prepares the list of beneficiaries every year according to Income Tax Reference (RFR) Family and family composition defined in consumption units (CU).
The value of the consumable units of the household is calculated as follows:
