The perpetrator is named Tiffany Miles, a 36-year-old woman who was arrested after she landed and was released on bail, according to CNN. In communications with the control tower, the pilots said the woman tried to penetrate the cockpit and was somehow stopped by the crew and some passengers. According to the FAA, it forcibly charged the cockpit door.

When questioned by the police, she said she was angry that she had not been served her drink. A man, frightened and worried about what was happening, chased after the woman, who was meanwhile furious. The FBI is investigating the case.
