(Boursier.com) – As part of a partnership agreement, Vignerons de Buzet (VdB) receivesAdVini All shares of SAS Rigal, its subsidiary in Cadurcienne. The two houses, known for their wine quality, customer service, but also for their shared values in terms of corporate social responsibility, complement this innovative process by creating a business alliance to develop exports for the new group.
Vignerons de Buzet and Maison Rigal wines will be brought to France and Belgium by a trading subsidiary newly created by the Lot-et-Garonnaise cooperative: VdB Distribution.
With a presence in 106 countries, on all continents, AdVini will support distribution in the rest of the world.
AdVini, with its history, industrial culture and position as a leading French terroir company, is the best partner we can hope to develop ourselves. By integrating Rigal, we will now be able to offer a unified offering, coming from terroirs so dear to us and whose history we share. On the other hand, AdVini’s knowledge and ambition to export is a guarantee of success in markets that are still not sufficiently developed by our cooperative.
, comments Pierre Philippe, General Manager of Vignerons de Buzet. Antoine Leccia, CEO of AdVini adds: This agreement is part of a long history of partnerships between AdVini and Collaboration, the first of which dates back to Languedoc more than thirty years ago. Vignerons de Buzet and its managers have created an impressive model for sustaining and enhancing the wine-growing business on their land. We are pleased to be able to introduce their PDO to the international markets
.
SAS Rigal, which passes under the banner of the Vignerons de Buzet, is still resident at Château Chambert, in Floressas, in the heart of AOP Cahors.
Director Julian Topol and his teams continue the operational management of the entity, as well as animation and development of partnerships with vineyard families associated for many years with the Regal Program (HVE Program, AB).
