The offer is valid for any new client within the framework of opening or transferring a regular stock account and/or PEA and/or PEA-PME with a valuation of at least €500 in Bourse Direct at €0.99 (valid at the time of opening), between 04/05/ 2021 and 06/15/2021. The offer is reserved for the first 1,000 new customers who enter the offer code: FLASH21 when opening an account online or in the paper account opening file in the “Offer Code” field and subject to receipt of the entire account opening file no later than June 15, 2021 (postmark as evidence). For a period of two months from the date of account opening in the books of Bourse Direct, brokerage fees for orders under €100,000 executed online in Euronext Paris, Amsterdam and Brussels (excluding UCITS, SRD commission, rollover and exclusion of tax on financial transactions) up to a maximum of €1,000 per account. The client will also benefit from the offer of refundable transfer fees (100% of the transfer fee refunded up to 200 EUR for a stock account and 150 EUR for a PEA, PEA Jeunes or PEA-PME account, when sending proof to the exchange directly) in case of transferring the account with the live exchange. Offer cannot be combined with any other current offer. Only one offer per person, except in the context of the simultaneous opening of accounts of two different types (1 Standard Securities Account and 1 PEA Account or 1 Standard Securities Account and 1 PEA-PME or 1 Standard Securities Account and 1 Youth PEA or 1 PEA and 1 PEA -PME). The offer will then be applied to each of the two accounts. The new customer is a natural person who does not already have an account open on the books of the Direct Exchange or one of its brands. The account opened or transferred to Bourse Direct must be maintained for at least one year. If this is not possible, Bourse Direct reserves the right to initially charge exempt brokerage fees. Bourse Direct reserves the right to refuse account opening at its sole discretion and to refuse or permanently exclude any person who does not comply with the terms of the offer from participation in this process.
