How to use a mechanism to guide the light and use the illusion stairs in the Jinshin Effect – Three Kingdoms Gate Show Event

The Three Kingdoms Gate Show is a 40-day event that runs from February 17, 2022 to March 30, 2022. It takes place in Enkanomiya, the area hidden below Watatsumi Island.

Part of the final part of the Aphotic Diffusal mission, Gateway to Three Kingdoms Show: Beyond, involves the use of three mechanisms to direct light as you navigate the phantom staircases. Here’s how to solve the puzzles.

Temple of the Night (East)

Follow the mission sign east of the Three Kingdoms View Gate, where the Temple of Evernight will normally be. Next, apply Anemo to the Anemo monument in front of the statue to generate a wind current and ride it to rise to a floating platform in the sky.

Wait for a moving platform to contact the platform you are standing on, stand on it and wait for it to move you up. Go up the temporary stairs until you land on a platform that can be called an imaginary staircase.

The shiny part of the platform indicates the location of the imaginary staircase. If you want to move it to face a different direction, just activate the Bokuso Box. Each platform can only switch between two directions. Keep in mind that you should not activate the Bokuso chest in the middle of a flight of stairs, as this will force the stairs to disappear, causing you to lose your footing.

Once you step on the platform, go up the phantom ladder to loot a common chest. Then go back to the platform and use the Bokuso chest to change the direction of the stairs. Climb on it to get to another platform with the portal of the Enkanomiya stage. Let him take you to another imaginary staircase.

Go up to loot another common chest. Then head back down and use Bocuso’s chest to move the ladder, which will lead you to the mechanism that directs the light. Use the Bokuso chest next to it to complete this part of the quest.

strait (west)

Follow the search mark west of the View of the Three Kingdoms Gate, where The Narrows will usually be. Wait for the moving platform to approach you before you step on it, then let it guide you. Follow the path created by the dummy platforms, then wait for another platform to approach you. Step on the new platform and let it take you up again.

It will connect to a platform with an imaginary drawer. Use the Bokuso chest to change its direction, then climb up to loot a common chest. Go back down and use Bocuso’s chest to return to the original direction. Go up the stairs to reach the gate of the urban phase.

Let the stage portal propel you to a platform housing the mechanism that directs the light. Use the Bokuso chest next to it to complete this part of the quest.

Serpent Heart (South)

Follow the mission marker to the location of the stage gate in Enkanomiya west of the Three Realms View Gate, in what will usually be the Serpent’s Heart. The stage portal will take you to a platform. From there, wait for the Mobile Illusionary Platform to arrive, climb it up, and then let it carry you forward.

Do the same thing a few times until you come to a platform with an imaginary staircase. Use the Bokuso chest to change its direction, allowing you to climb up and loot a common chest. Go back down and use the Bokuso chest again to return the tray to its original position.

Once you reach the top of the stairs, wait for a mock platform to pick you up. It will connect you to another platform with an imaginary staircase. Follow the same pattern as the first: use the Bokuso chest, go up and loot the chest, go back down, use the Bokuso chest again, then go up to your destination.

This time you will find the Enkanomiya stage portal that will take you to the mechanism that directs the light. Use the Bocuso chest next to it to complete this part of the quest.
