While waiting for the results of ES Jerba’s executive office, the Jendouba Sports Management Board hit hard last weekend on the file of suspicion of rigging the final result of the match between the two teams.
JS officials concluded the following:
– Players Ryane Marubi and Kareem Messi have been given life bans.
– Bahedin Nasri, Jasser Jalasi and Mohamed Aiham Maroofi were suspended for two more years with a fine of Rs 2,500.
– Oussema Lassoued, Ossema Boubaker, Seifeddine Mejri, Hamza Salhi, Abdelkader Naghmouchi, Mohamed Amine Merssni, Mohamed Amine Ben Brik and Montassar Bellah Maaroufi were fined 2500 dinars.
Note that these players refused to play in the match against ES Gerba before returning to the hotel early in the morning.
