Lanayru Desert Goddess Cube #2
Locations: Lanayru Desert> an island in the northeast corner of the map
Reward: silver rupee
The Gods Cube is located in the southwestern sector of the desert, and accessing it requires you to cross a vast expanse of ponds and sand. You usually can’t cover that much ground, so use the nearby enemy shells as a resting platform to regain some stamina before making your final velocity.

Lanayru Desert Goddess Cube #3
Locations: Temple of Time > Biddle Island
Reward: piece of heart
When you are near the Temple of Time in the Lanaiero Desert, there is a chariot near the northern end of the entrance wall. Activate the time shift stone nearby and push the cart to the time shift radius. Jump in and start charging your sword. As you pass the cube, unleash your blow towards the cube. Once you’re done, simply head to Beedle Island to find the chest.
After hitting the Goddess Cube, you will again have to wait a while for the last one available in the Sky area. If you find them in order, the next Goddess Cube you will encounter will be in the Faron Woods region. However, if you already have what it takes to get the next Goddess Cube in the region, keep reading.
This is all the Goddess cubes you can find right now in the Lanayru Desert. If you find them in order, you will come across the next one in the Faron Woods area. However, if you already have what it takes to get the next Goddess Cube in the region, keep reading.

Lanayru Desert Goddess Cube #4
Locations: Lanayiro Desert> An island between Bamboo Island and Biddle Island
Reward: heart medal
Once you have the Clawshot, you can access many locations in the previously elusive Lanayru Desert. One such walkway is the elevated stone walkway at the northeastern end of the desert. You’ll find something of a porthole here with the cube on the stone wall to your left. Follow the path on the map so as not to sink into the sand and look for a crack in the wall to explode. You will create a path that you can follow that will lead you to targets that you can hit with your Clawshot to reach the cube. The chest is located on an island between Bamboo Island and Biddle Island.

Reward: life medal
Head to the southern part of the Lanayru desert, where you found a Timeshift stone in a cage. Find a Clawshot target that will lead you to the nearby stone wall, where you’ll find the Goddess Cube in plain sight. When you return to Skyloft, you will find this chest on an island not far to the northwest of Fun Fun.

Lanayru Desert Goddess Cube #6
Locations: Lanaiero Sand Sea > Skyloft Bazaar
Reward: gold rupee
When you first reach the sea of sand, you’ll be on a pier full of cargo containers. Instead of heading to where you meet the Skipper, climb onto the containers and face north to find the Clawshot’s target. This will take you to a path where you can reach a cave and the cube behind it. Look inside the bazaar on Skyloft to find the chest.

Lanayru Desert Goddess Cube #7
Locations: Skipper Retreat>Northwest Fun Fun Island
Reward: Potion Medal
This is another cube you’ll need to make a heavy Clawshot tap to get to. When you hit the Skipper Retreat, climb up to a bridge that is guarded by Moblin with a metal shield. After it, look to the sides for a spire with dry vines stretched out to the side and use a Clawshot to get to it. This should put you in a position to use your Clawshot to access another platform with the Goddess Cube on it. Back in the sky, head northwest to Fun Fun to find a small island with a metal gate covering an inner cave. Use the Clawshot through the hole at the top of the cage to hit a piece of the vine, which will carry you inside to get to the crate.

Lanayru Desert Goddess Cube #8
Locations: Pirate stronghold > Skyloft Waterfall Peak
Reward: piece of heart
After you complete the pirate stronghold, exit through the door that puts you on a path that passes between the mast of a wrecked ship. Turn around and look over the door you just left to find the Clawshot target. This will put you within range of the second target, which will take you to the cube’s location. Returning to Skyloft, head to the waterfall on the eastern side of the island. Use the Clawshot on the small islands floating behind the waterfall to climb up some ivy and reach the source of the waterfall, an island that floats above the main island of Skyloft. The chest is on the edge of the small lake there.
The next Goddess Cube can be found in the Skyview Temple in the Faron Woods area. However, if you already have what it takes to get the next Goddess Cube in the region, keep reading.

Lanayru Desert Goddess Cube #9
Locations: Lanayru Gorge > A small island southwest of Song Island, Thunderhead
Reward: small quiver
The last gods cube you’ll also find as you follow the hero’s song. When you reach Lanayru Gorge, find the cube behind the Tree of Life. Find the chest on the same island southwest of Thunderhead’s Song Island. You will have to kill or avoid the centipede inside the tunnels that you can access through the Mogma slot, which will allow you to reach another exit and the last chest.
And that’s every Goddess Cube in the Lanaiero Desert area that has been found! If you get them in order, rest easy. This Goddess Cube is the last thing you will find in the game.
