How is Quordle different from Wordle and how to play

Like Wordle, we’re looking for five letter words that work but instead of just one word per day, we need four!

Instead of six gos, you get nine attempts to guess the words correctly and light those satisfying squares.

Just like the word game cousin, the tiles change color depending on your answers.

You will get a gray box if the letter does not appear in the words of that day.

If you get a yellow square, it means the letter is in the word but you don’t have it in the right place.

Finally, the tiles will turn green if you have the correct letter in the right place.

When you guess a word in the Quordle, it will appear in all four answer boxes.

You have to keep your eyes on all the squares as you can solve the puzzle in any order.

In fact, you can even find the third or fourth word before you crack the first!

Quordle tips and tricks

Just like Wordle, the best strategy to increase your chances of solving a puzzle with as few guesses as possible is to increase the amount of information you get.

Use your first guesses wisely by trying words with a lot of vowels like ADIEU, OUIJA or AUDIO.

If your first answers are too few, shake your guesses and go in a completely different direction to give yourself a better chance.
