Despite the physics sometimes lacking in realism, the game makes up for it with charming graphics, due to the low aesthetics and colors, and generous content. Aquiris Studio includes, among other things, 80 races and twenty vehicles.
Sonic Mania offers an unprecedented adventure, but is also full of references. The game doesn’t hide its status as a tribute to the games of the time, or the fan service it’s wholly assumed. With colorful pixels and brilliant animation, the game features a formula that hits the mark with everything one would expect from a Sonic game.. Admittedly, it can sometimes be blamed for its lack of readability and other minor flaws. However, the quality of the environments, the soundtrack, and the game, in general, make it equally forgiving.
