LEGO and Hasbro join forces for the first time to bring Optimus Prime, the iconic Autobots from the Transformers, to life in LEGO bricks.
With over 1,500 pieces, the new LEGO Transformers Optimus Prime is a tribute to the heroic leader of the Autobots. Once assembled, the statue has 19 points of articulation that allow you to switch from robot mode to alternate truck mode, and vice versa. This is one of the few LEGO sets that are able to change the look without having to rebuild!

This new LEGO set will take fans back to 1984, when Transformers exploded in popular culture with the first line of games and the animated series. Recreated from the Optimus Prime G1 figure, this LEGO product has been designed with extreme attention to detail. Includes character-specific accessories, such as an ion blaster, Energon axe, Energon cube, and Matrix of Command that can be stored in his chest.
Once this set of 1,508 bricks is complete, you can proudly enjoy your building and display it with a presentation board. In truck mode, the model is over 5 inches (15 cm) high, 10 inches (27 cm) long and 4 inches (12 cm) wide, while in robot mode, the model is over 13 inches (35 cm) high. The LEGO Transformers Optimus Prime set will be available from June 1 priced at 169.99 euros.
