The Belgian national team is concerned the day before the big hit in the quarter-final against Italy (Friday, from 9pm. LIVE-tapeConnect with Kevin De Bruyne and Eden Hazard.
“They were not able to train today either, they are both working individually but we expected that,” Belgium coach Roberto Martinez said on Thursday. “It’s a game against time, we still have 24 hours and hope for improvements.”
Especially considering Hazard’s injury, it will be “difficult”, with De Bruyne the situation is “a little different, there is a wound in the joint, it is probably easier”.
