For a plethora of reasons, international public opinion on Iran has been incomplete or inaccurate. PD is endeavoring to introduce Iran in a professional, impartial, and committed way.

PD founder and president, Mohammad-Hossein Khoshvaght, served as Director General of the Foreign Media Department at the Ministry of Culture from 1998 to 2006. He has studied political science and international relations and authored a book and numerous articles on this subject. His book entitled Foreign Policy Decision Making Analysis has been reprinted three times. currently, he is a university lecturer with other media and cultural activities in the private sector.
PD’s chief editor is Jalil Bayat. He is currently a PhD candidate in international relations at Tarbiat Modares University in Tehran and active in researching and writing on foreign policy and international relations.
