World artists sympathize with earthquake victims

(Persia Digest) – International artists in the world of entertainment have sent tweets sympathizing with the victims of the Kermanhah earthquake in Iran and Iraq, including the famous singer Enrique Iglesias.

In his tweeter page, Enrique posted a picture of flags from Iran and Iraq in the shape of hearts and wrote “love” in both Persian and Arabic: “Send all your love and best wishes to the victims of the earthquake in Iran and Iraq.”

Enrique’s tweeter page has over 11.5 million followers and this particular post has had 139 thousand likes. Iranians have also left comments on his Instagram page, thanking him for his message.

“Game of Thrones” actress sends message to Kermanshah earthquake victims

Actress Maisie Williams of Game of Thrones has posted a sympathy message on her tweeter page for the victims of the deadly earthquake in western Iran, saying “My love to Iran”. The tweet has had over 19 thousand likes.

Maisie Williams has appeared in 13 short and feature films and five TV series. She has been acting in the Game of Thrones since 2011.

Nurgul Yesilcay’s message of condolences

Turkish actress Nurgul Yesilcay, who was recently cast in the movie “Beautiful Jinn” directed by Bayram Fazli in Iran – was one of the artists who tweeted a message of condolence to the people of Iran for the deadly earthquake and its victims. She asked God for mercy for the departed, and wished patience and quick recovery for those left behind.
