eVisa issued for Iran in Erbil
The Iranian Consulate in Erbil, Iraq, has begun issuing eVisas. Applicants can visit e_visa.mfa.ir from their homes, work place, coffee nets, or travel agents, register their passport details and go to the Iranian Consulate in Erbil together with a photocopy of their registration form to receive their visa there and then.
China to reopen blocked accounts of Iranians
Iran-China Chamber of Commerce Vice-Chairman has announced China’s decision to reopen the bank accounts of Iranians which had been blocked, and stated: “The Iranian Consulate in Shanghai has also made an official announcement in this respect.”
Kuwait Consulate opens in Mashhad
The Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Kuwaiti Parliament has announced that Kuwait will open consulates in the holy cities of Mashhad and Najaf.
Iran issuing entry visas at Qeshm airport
Deputy Foreign Minister of Iran stated: “With the opening of the office to issue electronic visas at Qeshm airport, citizens of 150 countries can receive their visas within 20 minutes at Qeshm Island Airport for entry to Iran.
