(Persia Digest) – A photo expo of Iranian landscapes, which is the result of forty years of photography by Austrian artist Alfred Seiland, titled “USA to Iran”, is on show at the Albertina Museum Vienna.
The collection narrates the artist’s first trip to the US forty years ago to his last trip last fall to Iran.
Landscapes of Iran expo will run in nine other major European museums until 2022. One museum in Tunisia will also display it as a seasonal show.
Alfred Seiland has endeavored over the past four decades to portray the Roman influence in the contemporary world. He intended for the final chapter of his artistic efforts to be about the land that forced ancient Rome to surrender – Iran.
