(Persia Digest) – Commenting on certain suspicious movements in the waters of the Persian Gulf, the Iranian Foreign Minister said: “We have predicted that groups may wish to stir tensions in the region with certain actions.”
Persia Digest (PD) reports that while four oil tankers were targeted in the Persian Gulf only two days ago, the Spokesperson for the Saudi National Security Council gave the news today that two oil pumping stations affiliated to Aramco were targeted today.
A Yemeni military source told al-Masirah that seven Yemeni army fighters targeted Saudi vital facilities.

Yesterday, certain media outlets reported that an anonymous American source was pointing the finger at Iran as the main suspect in the sabotage carried out on the oil tankers near the UAE.
Commenting on the issue, Javad Zarif who was visiting his Indian counterpart in New Delhi, said: “At our meeting, we discussed regional issues and the dangerous policies hardliners inside the US Administration are trying to force on our region. There are concerns about sabotage and suspicious actions which are taking place. We had already predicted that some may wish to stir tensions in the region with certain actions.”

Persia Digest (PD) reports that sabotage on four oil tankers took place yesterday, but no official stance has been taken yet by any country regarding the issue.
