(Persia Digest) – The collection of Eshtehard houses consists of hand-carved chambers inside rocky structures dating back two thousand years ago.
Eshtehard stony houses are located on the path of Eshtehard-Nazar Abad new road, about ten kilometers from Eshtehard, which represents life in distant times, about two thousand years ago in this area. Eshtehard’s dwellings consist of hand-carved chambers inside rocky structures. This complex is located in an area called Daylar. These stone arches date back to the Islamic era and even before that. They have been eroded due to rainfall and seasonal changes. Some still remain intact today and are part of the historical monuments of Eshtehard.
