(Persia Digest) – In response to claims by Benjamin Netanyahu about Israeli spies traveling to Iran to observe its nuclear program, the Head of Iran’s anti-spying agency said: “Netanyahu is entitled to his storytelling, because he is under severe pressures at home and abroad since the revelation that his minister was spying for the IR of Iran and the widespread infiltration of Iran’s spying agency in the Zionist regime’s intelligence services.”
He reminded: “Netanyahu had recently ordered the internal security service, Shabak, to keep all political, security, and members of the Knesset under observation for six months regarding any contacts with the IR of Iran intelligence agencies. This order states a fact which needs no explanation.”
Persia Digest (PD) reports that the Israeli PM, Benjamin Netanyahu, announced at a meeting with Israeli intelligence agents on Sunday to continue their operations in Iran to curb the IR of Iran’s nuclear ambitions. He added that his agents were sent to Iran periodically to observe this country’s nuclear activities.”
Commander Esmaeil Kowsari, Deputy Chief of the IRGC Sarallah Headquarters told Persia Digest on Tuesday that Netanyahu was bluffing, adding: “The IR of Iran’s background speaks for itself in countering spies. It has demonstrated that such operations are not carried out as easily as Netanyahu claims.”
